Kibbutz House

Kibbutz House is available for use by Kibbutz Yatsugatake community members (guests and members). Reservations must be made by a registered member as the representative; however, family members and friends are also welcome to stay together with them.
Kibbutz House is operated as the community house of Kibbutz Yatsugatake. It is available for use as accommodation and a place of relaxation for Kibbutz guest members. Since April 2024, young people (aged 17–25) participating in agricultural training at Yatsugatake Peace Farm—the agricultural division of Kibbutz Yatsugatake, which practices pesticide-free and fertilizer-free cultivation—have been living together at Kibbutz House.
What makes it so great?
- You can enjoy homemade food that is kind to your mind, body, and the earth, with carefully selected seasonings that reflect the seasons.
- You can interact with talented young people from the Junior Academy who are making their lives shine in the future.
- You can enjoy a natural spring water bath, a nano mist sauna, and a makomo bath that purifies both body and mind.
- There is a library space with a wide range of books, from self-sufficient rural life, natural therapy and healing, to spiritual books, bestsellers, and rare books.
- A room where you can sleep to the sound of a starry sky and a babbling river at night, and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning.
- A location with Mt. Fuji and the Alps to the south and Mt. Yatsugatake to the north, where you can enjoy a walk.
*Please note that since Agricultural trainees live in the building, spaces such as the bath and toilet will be shared.
