Kibbutz House
Starting in April 2024, young people (aged 17-25) from the Junior Academy of Pesticide-Free and Fertilizer-Free Agricultural Trainees at Yatsugatake Peace Farm, the agricultural division of Kibbutz Yatsugatake, will be living together in the kibbutz house. In addition to farming, they also assist with the accommodation business and maintain the building daily. When you visit the lodge, you can meet them, talk with them, eat with them, and interact with them.
What makes it so great?
- You can enjoy homemade food that is kind to your mind, body, and the earth, with carefully selected seasonings that reflect the seasons.
- You can interact with talented young people from the Junior Academy who are making their lives shine in the future.
- You can enjoy a natural spring water bath, a nano mist sauna, and a makomo bath that purifies both body and mind.
- There is a library space with a wide range of books, from self-sufficient rural life, natural therapy and healing, to spiritual books, bestsellers, and rare books.
- A room where you can sleep to the sound of a starry sky and a babbling river at night, and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning.
- A location with Mt. Fuji and the Alps to the south and Mt. Yatsugatake to the north, where you can enjoy a walk.
*Please note that since young people live in the building, spaces such as the bath and toilet will be shared.
